Coach introduction

Hi! My name is Sven. I have been working as a consultant for about 25 years followed by another 5 years where I have been in a more permanent role. I have a degree within business management, among things, and a background from project steering and project management. This has over the years evolved to include aspects within steering enterprises and managing them, implying Enterprise Resource Planning, Strategy, Continuous Improvement, Management and Leadership.

I have from time to time over the years been observing the evolution of methodology frameworks, primarily within project management, but also within improvement initiatives as such. I am sure they are all brilliant. Still I have my concerns. To me it seems like the HOW in many organizations has taken precedence over the WHAT; meaning how we work is getting more and more attention than what the organization's product offering is supposed to be. Hopefully you will find my learning valuable.
